Dr. Merrill Berger, PhD

Arrogant, condescending, and dangerous. This woman should not be practicing or teaching.

I was forced to see Dr. Berger as a kid because I was in foster care. I trusted her. She used the things I said to hurt my family. Then, she accused me of lying about the abuse I went through. Every abused child deserves to be believed. The damage that did has followed me for years and stood in the way of me seeking help for many years. She is a terrible clinician and it saddens me that she is still practicing and teaching now.

Dr. Berger treated me and my family. She twisted things I said, lied to my face, and didn't believe me. Her recommendations to the court left me in danger. She is a true know-it-all. She is much more interested in the recognition, position and superiority than the health and welfare of children. She should stop pretending to care and ruining the lives of hurting people.
