Had an appointment with Dr. Corzo. Called an hour before the appointment to find out if Dr. Is running on time or running late so that I don’t end up waiting. Was told “on time”. So went 15 min.before the appointment. While filling out paperwork receptionist mentioned Dr. got a family emergency and had to leave for the day. But probably will be able to squeeze me in next morning and promised to call at 7:30 am. I understand family emergency and not a problem but when Dr. Leaves for the day, I’d expect them to call the rest of the patients to cancel/reschedule appt. which they failed,neither they called next morning as promised. When I called at 8 am. Was told that they don’t have any appt for next 2 weeks. I’d NOT want to be the patient of this irresponsible office.
