Dr. Miller seems extremely competent in her specialty area, but the way in which she rushes through appointments feels confusing and odd. She was 35 minutes late for this video appointment, and when she joined the meeting, she didn't acknowledge the timing and spent about 6 minutes with me. She asked if I had questions, but then wouldn't wait more than 2-3 seconds for a reply before saying "No? Ok." She seems to assume background knowledge that I as a patient don't have, and she speaks incredibly quickly in order to get through the appointment. Colleagues were talking behind her during the meeting as well. The office seems overbooked, and their behaviors are accordingly rushed and just feel weird and confusing. She seems kind, but I have left both of my visits with her feeling uninformed and a little bamboozled by how rushed the experience was.
