Dr. Alexander and Steve are good, but their staff makes this an undesirable office in general. Seek another office. You will be on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on. You will not get your results from your test. You will be treated like crap. You will be ignored and overlooked. If all this does not matter attempt to make an appointment with them. The worst.

Listens carefully and treat you with respect. Also, he makes sure that you understand the treatment and give options.

This office is very neat and clean. Wait time is not long. Dr. Alexander is very compassionate. Dr. Steve is great as well. When I need to speak to a woman regarding pap tests. Nurse practitioner Vickey is wonderful.

It has been my first visit and Dr. Alexander greeted me with a warm welcome. Down to earth gentleman who cares about your health and very easy to talk to.

I need another Dr. His Staff is disconnected from patient. Lack Customerservice and interpersonal skills. From scheduling my appointment up until I left his office. I felt like I was a problem. Staff lazy do not want to work.

Dr. Alexander made me feel so comfortable and cared for at my first appointment. He is warm and very kind but most importantly he is thorough to ensure he understands my issues/needs and treats them appropriately. His staff members are also knowledgeable and very responsive which is of great importance to me.

Dr Alexander was so personable and made me feel like I was the only patient he had that day. Not rushed at all. His complete atttion was on me and my issues. This was my first physical at age 54 and I am so thankful I found him. I'm looking forward to my next appointment! Oh, and the nurse that drew my blood...I didn't feel any discomfort! Fears are gone! Great experience!
