Dr. Michael Francis Angel, MD

Went to see an ENT for earwax impaction removal. Fairly mundane and routine procedure for me, as I am one of those people who get wax build up. I hurriedly picked this location and doctor without thinking much about it, as I've had them dozens of times now. Unfortunately this was the worst visit I've ever had in a medical office. He used a suction device that got so close to my eardrum I nearly went deaf, it was excruciatingly painful, and I mentioned it to him several times. My ear was ringing and sore for several days later, which should never ever happen when extracting ear wax. Luckily after a couple of weeks the soreness and ringing stopped. I was very close to suing him! I would never trust this man with my body again!

Dr. Angel did not take time to listen to my complaint and when I eventually told him how I felt, he would talk over me. Not once was he concerned about what the real problem was. NEVER AGAIN!

My first visit was great after that it went down hill fast

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Angel. I like Dr. Angel and his practice. He is very friendly and so is his staff. Kelly, the allergist, is especially friendly and informative about the whole allergy testing procedure and gives a great summary of the results. I'm sure when she gives me instructions next week on how to give my own allergy shots at home she will be just as educational.

Excellent exam and diagnosis of my ear infection and detail exam in follow up visit..... Extremely professional.

Dr angel is rude, abusive, arrogant, had no manners or respect for others . I don't care if he thinks he is an adequate professional or not . He is absolutely the worst person to go to if u are sick or in pain . He just makes u feel worse about yourself . As I was hurriedly rushed out the door an older couple was entering , he basically told them to hurry up they were holding up his lunch .. And let the door slam into them as they were walking in . I cannot believe he is still employed . Definitely makes Samaritan look like a terrible company .

DR. Angel is an arrogant known it all. Horrible bedside manners!

Beware! Not sure how this guy is even considered a surgeon let alone a plastic surgeon. Do not go to him unless you want a botch job. Does Samaritan even review the kind of work that he does? SMC choosing to employ him shows their lack of research in their employment process. Shame on them for choosing someone like him and for continuing to employ him.
