Do not bring anyone you love to this doctor … horrible bedside manner , no empathy and if he doesn’t ‘like’ you he doesn’t follow thru with treatment plan . Only in it for money this one is .

Called the after hours service because I was on so much pain from my 3rd ear infection in a year. In tears from pain hoping for anything from a few tips to hold me over for the weekend to a last resort Rx for even 1 night. Called me back and treated me like a drug seeker when he can look at every thing about me as a Florida medical clinic patient and see that is not the case. Didn’t ask any questions about my symptoms/pain and told me I could make an appt during the week or go to urgent care then hung up. I’m now contemplating taking ALL my healthcare needs out of Florida Medical because he was such an unbelievable a$$hole. If you are going to be rude and short at least be good at your job and ask me questions/try to treat me/head me out. Then I can at least walk away thinking, ”Well, he’s an a$$hole but at least he knows what he’s doing”. This was a last ditch effort from a mom of 3 who leaves herself at the bottom of the list of priorities and he made me feel worthless.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! He is very disrespectful. He does not listen to anything you have to say and will interrupt you the entire time. He is dismissive and rude. I would never recommend anyone see this man. His arrogant attitude is just not necessary.

Needs better bedside manner. He became argumentative with me.

This was an awful experience for my aging mom. Dr. Branch does not belong in this profession. He was sarcastic, abrasive and not a single ounce of compassion! He practically tossed my 83 year old mother's walker out into the hallway, made fun of her requests; and when I called him out on his inappropriate demeanor...he said I was doing same too...to him! My advice...find someone else. This guy doesn't deserve to be your doctor!

When you go to a Doctor to get your results from testing and he ask why you are here and go tell him to get your results and then they can't find the lab work you start to wonder. I will not be going back

I had gone to the Ergent care and I was referred to see a ENT. The first ENT office I called, was not able to schedule me for a visit until over 2 weeks even though they knew the importance that I be seen asap. My husband called Dr. Branch's office and I was scheduled for that day. I waited less then 10 min. Staff were very kind. Dr. Branch does come across very firm , but I interpret that as being very knowledge and confident in his field. He ask some tough specific questions , but came across very knowledgeable, and confident. He spent a considerable amount of time with me. Never gave me the feeling that he was rushing.

Vitals are taken and medical questions asked in an open office by the receptionist where there are other patients...so everyone can hear it. He really has no bedside manner and is rather condescending. He may be good at diagnosis but he needs a lot of work on handling patients.

This was the rudest person I have ever encountered! I took my 85 year old mother to see him and he talked down to her and even mocked her accent! All he wanted to do was argue with her what illness she did or did not have without even reading her history or medicine list. Do not go to this man! We walked out midway through the exam and he tried to block the door with his chair. He would recieve a less than one star if possible!

Dr Branch was rude, disrespectful, condescending, mad, angry and so many adjectives I could go on for an hour. And to think we paid to see him and to be treated this way. He needs to get a bedside manor and realize he is nothing without his patients. I would not recommend this dr to anyone for anything.
