I came in to you office for my appointment. I spoke to the lady at the desk. She did not speak back and did not look up. I signed in for my 3:20 PM appointment and ent set down in the waiting room to be call. I waited about 50 mintues and never call. I came in about 3PM. It was about 350 PM and the lady at the desk ask was I waiting on somebody or a friend. I told her I had and appointment at 320 PM and had sign in but she never greeted me with a friendly speech of hello or nothing. She just kept looking doqwn at her paper. I was told by another that my name was mark off by mistake. Your office need training on customer service or how to greet people with a friendly. I had to talk to the Administrative manager about what happen. She stated we all make mistake and she reschedule me with another appointment. I again stated you office need to train people you hire or make sure they are experience in greeting your patience. The lady at the desk need to trained or fired. Act 10-34 God has… no respector person. He concern for all and we should be also. Treat all equal. Thanks
