I went to 2 different ENTs before I saw dr.cohen and he was the only one who would listen to what I had to say and take what I was experiencing at face value and not just dismiss me like the other docs I saw

By far a very sad excuse for an appointment. Dr cohen treated me so very poorly it was the first time I left a dr feeling so angered and hurt by his arrogance. He did not hear my health concerns, he was unprepared for the visit, he also lied to me to try to get me to pay for extra things for him for a procedure. He claimed I absolutely needed to be put under anesthesia and would need to come back another day for it, he also claimed that the blood and puss draining out of my ear from a gigantic cyst was “something else I must have been confused” because it’s so very easy to confuse blood and puss coming out of your ear (sarcasm) he left me with no care instructions for a potentially dangerous situation going on, when I went to see a completely diff dr the next week he took all of 20 minutes to complete the small procedure without any drugs to put me under. If I didn’t kno any better I would have payed dr cohen a lot more than he really should have been charging for what I was going… for. So grateful I went to a Diff ent in the end to take care of this quickly and painlessly. I have been in touch with management and plan to take it further since they just sent me a bill for dr Cohen insulting me and then storming out of the room like a child and giving me no care instructions or even any care besides having me wait for over an hour and literally poking the cyst for less than 30 seconds with a q-tip.

Waited for over two months to see this doctor for our 2pm appointment. Doctor came in around 3:30 and ask me why was I there. I stated I was there to make sure my wife wasn't given anything to cause an allergic reaction. My wife just speaks spanish and no one in the office did. He stated that he did speak spanish but I wasn't not aware of that and only wanted to make sure my wife was in good hands. He started to ask my wife in spanish about her allergies, what happens when you take this or that. My wife in the best way she could answer I feel bad or sick when exposed to those meds. I stated that in fact she had an anaphylaxis reaction to such meds. In fact rushed to the hospital on two occasions with anaphlaxis shock. He stated he wanted to hear that from my wife. Kept badging her over again with the same question, i repeated again she gotten an anaphylaxis reaction to the medication. Again stating I want to her that from her. My wife got fed up and decided to leave, without any… diagnosis or any treatment. We ended up going to another clinic to find out what the problem was. Again waited over two months for a rude, tardy, inconsiderate, unprofessional doctor. I really was surprised by our reception in his office.

This man treated my then seven year old with his ear issues. We did a partial tonsillectomy and balloon rhinoplasty and this doctor did not have an anesthesiologists there during the surgery. My son was awake thru it and woke up with extreme hysterics from the pain and was screaming he could not breathe. My son is now 12 he never recovered from that trauma. After this incident my son developed an autoimmune disease right after. The trauma triggered an inflammatory response to his body. This doctor is inhumane. Just wanted to tell my story so I can save someone from this torturous doctor.

Listens, cares and knows! What else can you ask for?

Dr. Cohen helped me feel better after three months of sinus infections. He tested my immunity and referred me to an allergist/immunologist. I finally feel better!

Dr. Cohen was a pleasure to deal with. He was great with my 9 year old son. Very thorough. Called personally to follow up.

Great Doctor! Listened to my issues and looked at all angles. Managed to get me breathing after years of seeing doctors with the same complaints and no solutions. He's busy, but you can see why.

Very arrogant and rude, not nice, called procedure no brainer without explaining how much fluid was built up in ears or the difference between left ear and right ear and proclaimed that if you don't want the surgery the only reason can be because you must want your child to have substantial hearing loss and be in constant pain of ear infections - not respectful at all of other possible treatments - would never recommend for anyone to see this doctor and bitterly disappointing after reading what I thought were so many positive responses previously.
