Just extremely bad customer service all around. Long wait at front desk and uncaring personnel. There's nothing as unfortunate as doctors who don't care.

i am 54 i have been seening dr cox for over 30 years i think he a really good doctor he has help me nice careing doctor

well my hubby has bad panick attacks, anxitey, and sleep disorder. he doesnt want to give him anything and the reason i think is cause he is so young well 24 years old. but he will give the elderly any kind of meds they need. i know this to be a fact he does this for my step dad, both of my aunts. he wont even give my mom anything and she has ddd and hurts alot shes gettin to where she cant even walk. we are all 3 fixing to find us a better doctor.

Been going to Dr. Cox for years. I trust his knowledge and know him to be both honest and caring. Indeed I trust him with my life and that of my family.

To all elderly patients who need proper medical PLEASE go elsewhere. He is uncaring, unprofessional and unwilling to propertly diagnose and treat elderly patients, but waits for the medicare check to come. If your problem ranges outside of the common cold find someone who actually abides by the hypocratic oath!

dr cox is good doctor bt his nurse is rude and uncaring , she does not call u back when u leave a msg when u ask her to and she does not promptly send in perscriptions and when does they are wrong this has happened to me 3 x some of the receptionist ppl are not very friendly either seems like some are there for a paycheck..... wish amanda was dtill up front they could have 10 of her very friendly and helpful

It`s ashame that this doctor can`t follow up and see the red flags of a case, does not "can`t get a temperature reading for over a week mean anything?" Or how about "the blood keeps getting thinner for over a week?" I would have to say that these are causes for a follow up visit if nothing else.
