Dr. Michael Raymond Cram, MD

The front desk staff were not friendly. One day I had to call several times, because they kept on picking up and hanging up. I called another day to talk to the manager about a $1000 bill from a "specialty lab" and never received a call back. I received a few separate LARGE BILLS from his office, which is in network (a VERBAL heads-up would have been nice). When I saw Dr. Cram, he rushed me and did not care. I spent most of the time with his NP. I recieved about 10 minutes of his time. He did not give me a check-up himself. In my case (50 yo female), he did not check a vital part of my body that was irritated and can be part of bladder issues. Then, as I was speaking, he stood up, said he had to go, and left. What! I was in a lot of pain and urinary urgency, which kept me up. I asked if he could give me things to try and he ignored me. Finally, I did see another urologist who checked everything, including female lower region. I did have an infection and he gave me medicines. He… also gave me samples of other medicines hoping that I would get some bladder relief. This urologist referred me to Baptist. Maybe the positive reviews are for straightforward prostate issues or UTIs. Read the negative reviews on different sites and believe them. Good luck.

I highly recommend Dr. Cram. Way above average on every medical level.

Knowledgeable, quick, no nonsense. I got the sense that he is one of those highly confident almost to the point of being cocky surgeons. That's the exact type I want operating on me.

In 2000 Dr. Cram removed my left cancerous kidney. Before removing this kidney he ordered a series of tests to verify his findings. He explained all my options and left the decision up to me. It has been 13 years since that surgery and I am living life in the fullest with one kidney. Thanks for all you do Dr.

Dr.Cramm is a great Doctor who can be trusted. I had bladder cancer he found it treated it and cured it 10 years out I am doing great see him every 6 mths for a check up.

Saw Dr. Cram for prostatitis - he spent 15 minutes with me just asking questions and explaining his hypotheses about causes before even examining me. He put my mind at ease and made me feel like I was the only patient he would be seeing all day. His diagnosis was spot on and he explained the risks and benefits of each course of therapy very well. Overall, Dr. Cram is the standard for how Dr's should interact with their patients.

Dr Cram is a very nice doctor that answered all my questions. He gave me lots of detailed info on my condition, gave me all my options including surgery but did not push surgery like so many doctors seem to do. He later called me at home to check on my condition and when I further questioned surgery option he gave me very detailed pros and cons, explaining everything in terms I could understand. My husband goes to him also for completely different condition and he loves him, too. He is a great doctor and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very professional and listens to your concerns. Very thoughtful and supportive of your wishes. Answers all questions honestly and gives you options and latest tests available. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Dr. Cram I am sure is quailfied but his bed side manner could use some work. A little short and matter of factly about a diagnosis of surgery. Hearing him talk to his staff, his self importance definetly shines through. Plesantries along with a diagnosis goes along way, I know it is not essential but nice.
