One star is one to many!! The worst care i ever seen in my life. My wife had shoulder surgery this morning to remove bone spurs in her shoulder. They sent her home with zero pain medication which they told me they already called it in to the pharmacy when I picked her up after the surgery. 15+ phone calls and 8 hours later the nurse calls me back to tell me that the doctor is not answer texts, calls or emails. and he must have forgot to call in the prescription and he is the only doctor who can write it. I would never recommend this doctor or any other Ut physician to anyone. His staff is polite and nice but this doctor is completely unreliable,unethical and self absorbed. God forbid if we need after care how is that going to work. I should have used my gut instincts and taken her downtown to the medical center. Hand to head never again

I am currently a patent and dr cusick is great. But to get a call back from his assist angle is impossible. I have left no less than 5 messages and never get a call back. I realize she is just but it should not 4 to 6 days to return calls. Sometime never. This is not the first time. I suggest you replace her. I am not the only one that this has happened to.

I have gone to Dr. Cusick for 3 years now and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for this doctor. He has always been pleasant but extremely professional, a great listener and gives options and suggestions. A recent comment posted on this page is extremely upsetting and I feel needs addressed. Patients each have their own way of viewing a doctor and not all like a particular personality. However, to try to assassinate a person's professionalism and and make derogatory remarks that are mean spirited and snide about relationships occurring in this office is reprehensible. If one does not like the doctor because of behavior toward one's self then tell what he did to YOU. Otherwise don't make disgusting remarks about clinic personnel because he "didn't give you the time you thought you deserved".

Very rude and unprofessional.

Wonderful bedside manner, very thorough and professional, and very compassionate about his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor.
