Dr. Michael Dayem, MD

Dr. Dayem should not be allowed to treat patients with Alzheimer's dementia. He will prescribe medications not suitable for them that clearly cause deadly side affects.

The appointments are very quick and timely. He is very rude in person. Asks you what you want to take. Treats you like a drug addict if you lose a perscription. The women that work in his office are the worst!! If you want to get in and real quick without help he's your man. If you want real help seek someone else!

He was not very professional, and he actually was asking me what medications I thought I should be on. He is the professional and should be the one telling me. That's why I'm there. Also, if you have to cancel an appointment in an emergency (true emergency) - unless you are in the hospital, you are charged a $40 cancellation fee. I had to take my son to the ER and called to cancel my appointment, apparently this is not an excuse and I was charged the $40 cancellation fee. It was an EMERGENCY!!! I had no other choice but to take my son...

without a doubt dr.dayem is the worst doctor i have ever visited.did not help me at all.when i told him that i could could not afford to see him every 2 months,he dropped me as patient.what kind of doctor does that.

I suffered at the hands of multiple psychopharm/psychiatrists for 18 years with nothing but side effects and misdirection. After the 1st 10 minutes with Dr. Dayem, he reviewed my record and made the observation that if I'm suffering all these depression drug side effects, that I must not be depressed--there must be another explanation. He was right. I've been happy, healthy and energetic for 8 months now and not incorrectly medicated. I wish I could flogg the previous professionals that just wanted to throw SAOIs at me and were wrong.Give him a chance. He's polite, personable and quite easy to work with.

Dr Dayem is a thoughtful professional. I am forever changing my appointments & he accommodates me each time. I am satisfied with his care.

Check references on this guy before going to him.He has NO bedside manner, anyone working with him at Marymount hospital will admit it if you push hard enough.
