Dr. Michael Daniel Demauro, MD

He was rude and condescending. There was no excuse for that , I didn’t care for his poor attitude and bedside manner. Myself and my family and relatives in the medical profession thought he was rude. No one was rude to him. Do not understand his poor attitude . He is a mediocre or poor doctor in my opinion with a poor bedside manner . Who needs an attitude from a doctor when their kid is sick , not me . He was not aggressive enough in treatment for my kid . if your Seeking to find a doctor. I Would recommend the following doctors , Dr. Cassio, Dr. Rico ,Dr.Mozer and Dr. Petty. These Doctors are great in my opinion. Dr. Rico and Dr. Cassio also speak Spanish. They are great doctors and they are kind .

Dr. Demauro did very little to help my baby in the hospital . The orders he wrote were very few and almost nonexistent . He also didn’t like questions about my baby”s Heath And condition. He seemed to take offense to questions. The other doctors from the group at the time , put forth much more effort when it was their turn to care for my baby in the hospital . Those other doctors actually prescribed things , like IIV antibiotics , which Dr. Demauro had not prescribed . Like I said , Dr. Demauro did very little to help my hospitalized baby years ago . He ordered almost nothing to help my baby . On the other hand , Dr. Kreh from the same group was a God Send . Dr. Kreh ordered IV antibiotics And many other things . Dr. Kreh made a lot of effort to help my baby . Also Dr. Kreh seemed to genuinely care about my daughter”s wellbeing . But, Dr. Demauro was very cold and didn’t do much to help my baby in the hospital . I do not recommend Dr. Demauro. At all . His lack of effort and lack… of aggressive care for my hospitalized baby , I think was disgraceful. But , I highly recommend Dr. Kreh who Was a godsend and did everything he could to help my baby daughter.

His ego causes him to not like it when you want another doctor to look at your child. Most good doctors have no problem with second opinions , especially when your child is in the hospital. He was rude and condescending because he did not want any questions or Another doctor giving their opinion . I am allowed to ask for another doctor”s opinion especially when he is doing nothing to help my child. He Didn’t do Anything except be rude to me when my baby was in the hospital. Other doctors visiting my baby were great, like Dr . Kreh. At least Dr. Kreh did something to help my baby. Also. Dr Kreh Saved my relatives son”s life . Dr. demauro has a chip on his shoulder if you want a second opinion. That’s why he was rude. I’m not stupid. Hey. That’s my right as a parent to get a second medical opinion for my kid . Dr Demauro didn’t help my baby when she was in the hospital. But other doctors did. There are much better doctors in this group And other practices. Dr.… Demauro Is just not that good of a doctor and there is no excuse for being rude and condescending . Poor bedside manner.

Interesting comments about few people who think he’s good. I’m sure they didn’t have a baby or small child in the hospital very ill. My child was very ill in the hospital and he did nothing absolutely nothing. The only thing he did was be rude . He did nothing to help my child. At office visits he did nothing. I know my kid would have stayed healthier with a better doctor from that group or another he’s not the most caring doctor. He’s not a good doctor. Pretty sure that His doing not much for my kid medically , likely contributed to my kid landing in hospital. Heard an RN was not impressed with him either I was glad to get a much better pediatrician for my kid and one who is not rude and who gave my kid superior medical care I Figure I d

I didn’t care for the way this doctor treated me. My relative who is in the medical profession didn’t care for the way this doctor treated me either . My relative was highly upset about his attitude and found it concerning. This doctor was not aggressive enough in treatment. My child got better faster with a much better doctor who treated me with the respect I deserved . My mother didn’t like him from the start. But I decided to give him a chance. Big mistake. He’s not as good as my child”s previous pediatrician before she grew up. This doctor is not any where close as good as the doctor who gave my child breathing treatments. She is a much better pediatrician. Dr. Demauro didn’t like questions. Well excuse me doc ,but this is my previous child that I was concerned about and I shouldn’t have to put up with an attitude from him because I want to ask questions about my child”s condition . I am smart and don”t like people who treat parents in a condescending manner . My child… is older now and saw a better pediatrician during her childhood The office many years ago had issues. Before we left his practice , wrong paperwork was placed in my daughters chart. This is how I found out . In a dr visit a nurse Kept telling me about my daughter’s bloodwork. I told the nurse she had no bloodwork done. The nurse argued and said yes she did And I said no she didn’t. The nurse said it’s right here in her chart. So I said let me see that information in her chart. The nurse said no. I said that’s my right to see my daughter”s records. Your let me see her chart right now. The nurse gave me the chart and said. See right here there’s her bloodwork going on and on and on. And I said to the nurse that’s not my kids bloodwork and she argued more and I said o it’s not look at the date of birth. That’s not my daughters date of birth and not her bloodwork The nurse said OH. I immediately told her You take that information that is not my daughters out of her chart immediately. I was calm and nice but livid inside. They had someone else’s information in my child’s chart GOOD GRIEF. This is not acceptable And should never happen. Another person”s information bloodwork was filed in my child”s chart like it was my kid info but it wasn’t What the heck. That’s dangerous. That could impact the health of my child Or Any child. When the wrong information is in the wrong chart. And the nurse kept arguing with me. I’m the one that caught their error. If I didn’t catch it. I’m certain it wouldn’t hAve been caught. Not too impressed. That was many many years ago. But stuff like that should never happen. It’s a big mistake. HUGE. This doctor didn’t catch the error himself either I caught their mistake. Correct information should be in my Daughters chart. My daughter is all grown up. I told her all about this stuff and his we got a better lady doctor who was far superior doctor who gave her much better medical care.

A parent wants what is best for their kid. I do not think he was aggressive enough in treating my kid. I did not care for his rude demeanor and condescending attitude. I was never rude to him. I was highly concerned about my child”s health and I do not think he liked questions. I was wanting information about my child’s condition and what was being done to help her . He did not do much except take the defensive when I was asking questions about my child’s condition. He’s not aggressive enough when treated my child. Shame he had attitude. No need for that .

I've used Dr. DeMauro with all three of my children. One of them is a special needs child. Dr. DeMauro is the one that identified the signs and got us the help we needed. I wouldn't see anyone else.

He is an amazing pediatrician. He was my pediatrician when I was little now he is my daughter's.

My only regret, is I didn't have him throughout their whole childhood.

Dr. Demauro is not our regular doctor, but we had to see him because my 1yr old daughter was ill. I never have had to wait long at this practice with our normal doctor, but with this guy, we waited well over an hour and a half. He came into the room and did not apologize, but instead immediately told me to hold her upright and still so he could listen to her... No bedside manner at all and not to mention he was rude. This was my daughters FIRST sick visit and I was very disappointed with how he handled things. I spoke with the nurse who helped more than he did.. my recommendation is for anyone who is able to - DO NOT see him.
