Dr. Michael Alan Duke, MD

Don’t waist your time even going here and if your here leave. The staff here is horrible nor do they care for others mental states. They allow people to go weeks with out their mental health medications. I’ve called multiple times and I can never get them on the phone and when I do they can never let me speak to someone in charge.

After a lot of years , the service is just awful. Can't get the nurse to answer the phone and she doesn't return calls. He is not there when you need your doctor.Needs an appointment when you just need a refill of something that you've had for years. No communications in this office. Not friendly at all. I would not recommend him to anyone. He's a nice man but I need a real dependable doctor and he's not there.Can't get a call back concerning a medical problem. No thank you, for more years with the wrong doctor..

I had a fantastic experience with the PA that I saw, but was completely let down by everything that followed. After being ordered a CT, the doctor's office failed to send the proper paperwork to my insurance, and therefore the CT was cancelled the day before my CT appt. I called the doctor's office several times a day over the next two weeks and either got a busy tone or was sent to voicemail, and despite leaving messages I was never called back. After calling my insurance they said they had also called Dr. Duke's office and faxed them and never got a response. I also went into the office in-person twice and they were of no help. After the authorization had stood pending for 3 weeks without Dr. Duke's office ever sending the necessary missing paperwork to my insurance (despite calls and visits from me and multiple attempts of contact from the insurance,) the claim timed out and was automatically denied. I know this only because my insurance contacted me, as Dr. Duke's office still has… yet to reach out to me and let me know, nor have they tried to order me a new CT. I have since found a new doctor's office, as I cannot trust Dr. Duke's office to take the steps necessary to get me the medical tests that I need. Hopefully when I am able to get a CT ordered by another physician there is nothing wrong that is time-sensitive, as I am now three weeks delayed in any sort of diagnosis or opportunity for treatment due to incompetence and lack of communication to me and to the insurance company on behalf of Dr. Duke's office.
