Dr. Michael Charles Dulchin, MD

Dr. Dulchin meant well when he treated me, but he always came across as rushed, unfocused and flummoxed. This was alarming and frightening to me. During a long hospital stay — when I endured approximately 15 ECTs — he barely showed his face. My deepest concern of all is that I learned through a mutual friend that he discussed my case — or at least referred to it — with somebody I know, which I consider a massive breach of trust and ethics.

I have been a patient of Dr Dulchin's by choice for a very long time. Dr Dulchin goes beyond the call of duty. For example, when I was in the psychiatric hospital he visited me once or twice a week. He also is sensitive to the side effects of medicines and will play around with different kinds to help you feel better. While he is on vacation, he nor only has someone covering for him for emergencies but if you aren't friends eeling great, you can make an appointment with a nurse practisioner who works closely with him. While I see him every week, some patients taking medicine see him less often. He constantly is thinking about my next steps of growth. I saw psychiatrists before him but the didn't have his sence of humor, his warmth, and his dedication. I wouldn't have the life I have today if it weren't for him. I'd give him an infinity of stars if I could.

I only saw Dr. Dulchin for a few sessions due to relocation, but he was very attentive and professional during my short time with him. Would highly recommend!

Took bad care of my family member. Careless with medicines. Didn't return calls.

I was recommended to Dr. Dulchin by a friend's girlfriend. I'll say is that it was my second experience (no issue with my first psychiatrist)and i had reasonable expectations going into it. Dr. Dulchin didn't put me at ease at all. I didn't feel he was looking out for me. on one hand, he asked questions, so he was interested in that way but I felt he was detached, as he was watching the clock and kept bringing up money and scheduling more appointments. not money well spent, would not recommend at all.

Dr. Dulchin is a warm, smart, professional individual who spends a great deal of time understanding all aspects of every problem or situation. He provides caring, thoughtful counsel in an easy, approachable manner. I could not recommend him more highly.

Dr. Dulchin is a caring, intelligent man. I recommend him highly.
