My husband I are most grateful for the excellent care Dr. Erhard provided to our baby boy. We feel he actively listened & consistently demonstrated a desire to ensure all of our questions were answered. We met with him for our son's surgical consult and prior to our son's surgery. Dr. Erhard personally came to the waiting room, sat down, and explained the surgery went well. He told us how to treat surgical site even though he said the information would be reiterated by the nurse. He could have done nothing more to instill a sense of confidence, warmth, and compassion.

I am dissupointed with the recommendation that Dr. Erhard made for my child and no written recommendations was given. No follow up appointment was schedule in regards of improvement the symptoms. The over the counter medication that was verbally suggested is not approved by FDA administration for kids and for using more than 7 days. There is also no email address provided or the number, except the general number that I can address my qestions and concerned about the medication that they recommend.

Bedside manner means nothing compared to being a gifted surgeon whom saves the lives of children on a regular basis including mine. Folks stop whining in life the people who save lived normally arent the ones who give big hugs. Save that for your family.

DR ERHARD SAW MY SON FOR A HERNIA PROBLEM.HE WAS RUDE AND FLIPPANT WITH MY HUSBAND.HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY SON'S PAIN.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM
