I was nervous going in as a guy, but he put me at ease through each procedure and even got to the bottom of other issues I had medically. He makes you feel welcomed even after the appointment and you know he is in the fight for you.

I visited Dr. Franks for the first time after being recommended by a good friend. I feel lucky to have Dr. Franks as my doctor and taking care of my problem. Today is my lucky day...I would highly recommend Dr. Franks to anyone seeking an intelligent, caring urologist.

My problem was very stressful and Dr. Franks is outstanding in clearly defining the problem and outlining a plan for treatment. I chose the right Doctor in Richmond after having problems finding a Urologist in Fredericksburg capable of such a difficult task. He has lots of experience, especially in using the DaVinci, had a video to show me what he was going to do and had me home in 3 days. A Doctor that pays a lot of attention to detail so the results are outstanding. I am blessed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Franks' ever since he arrived in Richmond appx four years ago. He is an expert in bladder oncology (highly rated by his peers)and has a lovely manner to boot.You are lucky if you are his patient.
