Dr. Michael John Glynn, MD

My paper work was snatched out my hands by the physician upon first entering the room, most of which were personal notes for myself. After trying to answer 2-3 questions and being interrupted, I gave up and gave yes, no answers. He even dismissed the report from my MRI because he didn't know the doctor personally and didn't bother to follow up with the facility for the films. I didn't understand his rush, there were only 3-4 other people in the main lobby waiting. I found him rude, uncaring, and insincere. It was an awful experience. Will definitely be getting a second opinion.

Overall Dr Glynn is a really good Doctor. It's his Assistant Beatrice who gives the Dr a bad reputation. She doesn't call you back promptly, she is very difficult to reach, and has an attitude as if she is The Queen of the World.

His Assistant is out to make the lives of his sick patients as bad as possible. She refuses to answer calls, Fax orders, contact insurance companies, return calls, in short do her job. When you try to complain to the front desk their response is that "that doesn't sound like her". Since Dr. Glynn talks over you once he asks you a question about your health how in the world are you ever going to tell him what his assistant is doing and if you did would a doctor who doesn't care what you have to say about your symptoms care what you have to say about his assistant?
