Not very happy with this doctor or his staff. I know I'm not his only patient, however I don't feel as if he wants to take the time to listen to what I'm saying, or try to help resolve my issue. I can't can a straight answer from him or his staff. When I ask questions about MY health the nurses act as if I've insulted them, as if I'm questioning their valitity. No, just trying to get answer about MY health. Nevermind that it takes them two months to diagnose an issue, don't you dare question me or my boss. There nurses and staff are very rude, and have no disire to hide there discontent for you. It's like pulling teeth to get any answers or explanation about test, medications, or whatever. One time I called the office with a question, when the nurse had called me back, her words, patronizing, "what's wrong with you today." What really pi$$ed me off is she knew what the issue was, and I have a question I want answered, not to be treated like I was pestering her. I could go on,… but I won't. However, these are services I pay for, I have insurance, and pay copays and deductables. I'm not happy with the service I get from these "profesional," therefore I will take my money to an office that will not jerk me around. In the meantime I'm incouraging everyone not to give this office your money. Not only am I seeking a new doctor, a new hospital affiliate, if this is the kind of office that Capital region has then I will go elsewhere.

I am always able to get in when I need to, even with his busy schedule. Dr. Griswold takes care of my whole family. He was the only doctor in the state that recognized the severity of my sons ADD/ADHD & ODD. He continues to monitor him with monthly weigh ins and visits with me for as long as I have questions. If I have a question he can not answer he will find out. When my father started showing signs of alzheimers he worked with us to make the experience less embarrassing for my very proud father. He is not above calling me himself, but his staff is just as helpful and polite. I would send any one to him that asked.
