Dr. Michael William Harris, DO

I've been seeing Dr. Harris for years. I'm very comfortable with him and he cares about my life and progress. I adore his wife Candy. I would have a hard time changing doctors.

Dr Harris is a phenomenal psychiatrist. I really felt heard and understood. I went into his office feeling worn out and defeated, and left with new understanding of ADHD and the tools to help myself be more effective in my daily life.

He is amazing!! I don’t know what these other people are talking about. He spent an hour with me talking through things. Most doctors don’t do that!! Such good quality.

Dr. Harris did not seem to do any preparation before patient visits. Did not review in a timely manner records requested from Mayo Clinic. Staff said Dr. Harris had just received the records, but had not reviewed them before my scheduled visit. I checked with Mayo Clinic records, and they had record of my documents being faxed 3 1/2 weeks prior to my office visit! Honesty and competence are of major importance when dealing with major depressive disorder. I received neither from Dr. Harris and company and was happy to move on to someone who was engaged enough to truly give professional, honest care. Happy retirement. The world of mental health will now be a safer place for all !
