He has no skills on how to talk to someone with extreme anxiety. He doesn't explain a thing and scares the crap out of you if there is something that may be a risk. Do not go to this price of garbage!

Dr. Hay is incredibly personable! He conversed with me like he had all the time in the world. He was attentive and interested in what I had to tell him and thorough in his answers. He is very easy going and can easily chat but he also is aware of when to be business and get things done and over with!! I truly cannot fathom these reviews that are diametrically opposed to my experience with Dr. Hay. But everyone, patient and doctor have bad days just like the rest of us! If anyone is considering seeing a new doc or do not currently have one, call “Mike”! That’s how introduced himself. Not Mr. Ego by a long shot!

Dr. Hay is an awful doctor with a God complex. I saw doctor Hay in St. Petes hospital only because he was the doctor on call. Not only did he neglect to treat me like a person but he neglected to to offer my husband and I all of our options he just kept telling us I would die. When we insisted on going to Great Falls he was a total (insert bad word here). I would trust my 3 year old's medical advice over his any day of the week. I think the words he needs to learn are INFORMED CONSENT and he possibly need to review the AMA code of ethics a few times.

The doctor did not address my health issue, was angry that I was referred to him, acted in a rude manner, treated me like I was less than intelligent. I would not recommend this man to take care of anyone.

Dr Hay detected my cancer to begin with, and his thorough follow up care detected an early reoccurrence of my cancer. Thank you!!!

Dr. Hay is an amazing doctor. I wouldn't chose to go to anyone else.

Dr. Hay is superb. He is caring and understanding. He kept in mind my desires and wants during my pregnancy and delivery. I had complications after delivery, and he was very helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend him.
