Good morning the service i received yesterday and the other 2 times I was seen by Michael Higgins, was very disappointed from the way he greeted me, his position as he read from a sheet of paper, to insulting me at the end. I went to 3 different locations Williamsburg, Hampton,and Suffolk, and each time same results. I was very disappointed and hurt to be treated that way.

1 yr check up after knee replacement. Ha X-rays showing knee replacement was still perfectly aligned. I still have a tightness and soreness around the sides of my knee but not t do with the surgery. Some kind take a lot longer to heal. I’m taking some extra vitamins of magnesium. And wi start doing a red light therapy to help speed my progress along. Dr Higgins is a very skilled surgeon, and due to no fault of his I’m still experience tightness in the knee . I’m going to start a red light therapy at home to see if this helps speed my recovery. I’m still very active and do the things I did before surgery. I would choose the same surgeon again with hesitation. He’s very patient oriented, and compassionate , and a great surgeon.

Dr. Higgins was efficient and easy to communicate with. He listened to my concerns, offered choices, made suggestions and discussed typical / possible outcomes. I’m grateful because he was able to see me the next day after requesting an appointment.

He graciously accepted me as patient when my scheduled surgeon experienced a problem and cancelled my surgery. Looking forward to working with him.

I was very impressed with Dr. Higgins. He is going to do my knee replacement in the next couple of months. He explained everything very thoroughly & answered my questions before I even asked! I am looking forward to getting this process started!

Concerns were addressed by Dr. Higgins. He did give me some meds to see if it could help with the aching. I’m having in my knees.

Thanks for the new knees!!! I walked into your office barely able to walk. Within a few months I was walking normal and I’m getting around like I’m a teenager again! Thanks so much Dr Higgins

Dr Higgins and his staff are incredible! I received 2 new hips last year and am now able to garden and squat with my grands! Life changing

Dr. Higgins replaced my left hip so when I began to have trouble with my right hip I knew exactly who to call. Dr. Higgins has a calming demeanor and answered all my questions. In my opinion, Dr. Higgins is the best!
