Excellent Doctor! Listens and cares.

He seemed to only care about himself. Made multiple negative comments about the number of tattoos I have, none of which are vulgar. I switched my prenatal care at 36 weeks and found out from hospital staff that he had multiple patients change providers during their prenatal care as well. He tells people that he cannot deliver at St. Francis anymore because they will not let him do tubals.... we found out this was also a lie, and that the hospital will not allow him to deliver there anymore because of his "lack of professionalism". Now we have found out he is closing his practice (thank god) only giving his patients one weeks notice. Shame on this doctor.

Hard time getting precriptions. Asked for zofan yesterday and haven't gotten it yet. Will call back Monday. Receptionist is not overly friendly.

He forgot.....to tie my tubes! You forget to shut the door or cut off light but forget...to tie tubes! i agree with one the reviews about inappropiatness but its so....embaressing i guess is the reason no one will go through with doing anything.

The previous review which states that Dr. Hoffman does not allow kids in the office is not because they are annoying but because there are pregnant women in the office which have a high risk of getting sick if a child is sick and not vaccinated. Parents choose not to vaccinate their kids these days which then gets passed on to other people (in this case, to pregnant women). Dr. Hoffman delivered 2 of my kids (both c-section). My first child was born 7 days after my brother passed away and Dr. Hoffman was very patient and understanding while we went through the birthing process and my grieving. He was always very informative and took his time with us. I have recommended him to several friends/family and they like him as well. He has years of experience and I felt very comfortable under his care. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoffman as an exceptional OB/Gyn.

Dr, Hoffman has delivered all 8 of my children. He is wonderful. Always spends time with me. Even asks about my other children. He knows my whole family by name. Wonderful high risk and very knowledgeable doctor. Have recommended him to several friends and they also love him. He is over 34 years of high risk ob gyn experience, Would highly recommend him to anyone who wants personal 1 on 1 care. Has had the same nurse for over 27 years. Susan is the best.

High risk pregnancy and he spent 5 min with us!He called our pregnancy a "problem"!He did not even know my medical history, and I have seen him for regular ob checks...!Nor did he ask about either of our histories. We had to tell him after he already ran out of the room and never asked if we had any questions. He told us to "remind" him next time we come about the risk factors so he could remember.He never asked us one question. We were never given the chance.Our new obgyn said that he should have asked a whole slew of questions considering the medical hostory. The new one asked at least 30 questions and spoke to us for over 15 minutes.Stay far away from this guy.

Does not allow children at the office and if for some reason you are unable to find a sitter, you are made to reschedule. The reason is they may annoy other patients and what I do not understand is if a pregnant woman cannot deal with children, why are they pregnant? Also, he does not have anyone in the room during pelvic exams and he is way too "touchy-feely".
