I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Jansen seems extremely knowledgeable. It made me feel far more comfortable about my existing problem. He was recommended to me by my cousin Kendal Woodward, and I am very happy that I got to meet him.

Always on time and courteous. Dr. Janssen is great. I appreciate his wealth of experience and his thorough approach in explaining details.

After a 1st surgery with him that did not relieve my pain at all, I ended up back in his office. When i worked with him first, I felt he took a more humanizing approach to his care. During my most recent appointment with him, felt he wasn’t answering my questions, rushed through our appt and his PA was very rude to me. I need yet another surgery and my most recent appointment with him was enough for me to start to look for a new doctor/team altogether.

Mr. Janssen is no professional (not using dr. because it makes true MDs look bad). He prostitutes himself to insurance companies for BIG $$$. Shame on you sir! Because he took my case, I became a patient. He 'diagnosed' me w/o ever meeting me and w/o even viewing my imaging, causing me and my loved ones, harm. You violate the very oath you took! You are a disgrace!

Everyone was nice attentive and polite. Appointments were handled efficiently with small wait times in between.

Dr. Dr. Jansen explained things that are clear but yet things that are unknown to me as far as recovery

Asked about my job, figuring he was asking to know whether he should give me weight restrictions or other restrictions. No he wanted to know and wanted to hear more so he understood. Not for any reason then to relax me and discuss my symptoms. Great Dr.

His professionalism, compassion and care have been above and beyond other physicians, and his expertise and knowledge continue to grow. He's been my spine surgeon for the past 15 years and has operated on four friends/colleagues with great success. I highly recommend Dr. Janssen for your spinal diagnosis and treatment.
