Dr. Michael Monroe Jugan, DO

Dr. Jugan is absolutely the best of the best! Saw him years ago after a car accident. Although my back was in bad shape, surgery was not needed. He and his physical therapy staff took the best care and time to get me from barely able to stand to jogging! Dr Jugan was hands on during the long process. To this day, still use the techniques they taught me. After another few years went by, returned to Dr Jugan for knee surgery. First, insurance wanted rounds of draining and cortisone shots..not fun and not good to have cortisone in ones’ system as the insurance was demanding. Dr Jugan immediately called insurance, stated he’s not going to play the insurance ‘game’ and backed up reason due to his wealth of knowledge. Within a few days, surgery was completed. He showed before and after x-rays and was so astounded, suggested he become a seamstress as a side job!!! The recoup was amazing, too! No harsh therapies required. He is very direct in knowing EXACTLY how to fix any ortho… issue. Thank you Dr Jugan and your wonderful staff. Top notch.

Dr. Jugan is a saint through my eyes and experience! I was very apprehensive going in, but that soon dissolved. Dr. Jugan is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, great listener and very thorough; he truly cares about his patients. Outstanding surgeon who repaired the cartilage in my knee; he gave me my “lifeline” back! I trust this surgeon with my life! When the time comes for a knee replacement, Dr. Jugan is my surgeon of choice!

Had total replacement both knees. Surgery never something I volunteer for but I can say that he is the best when I needed it. Excellent communication answered all of my questions and really a very nice person. Would recommend him to anyone needing treatment for knees.

I want to thank Dr. Jugan for replacing my hip after a bad fall. He is an excellent surgeon and has so many years experience. I was very fortunate to get Dr. Jugan to operate. I highly recommend him if you need your hip replaced.

I would not have any other Dr do surgery on me. I totally trust him. He explains everything to you, and makes sure you understand what's going to take place. I had a total knee replacement, I had so many complaints about the way my scar looked and the size of it. I had Drs compliment me about my knee, that should say alot, another Dr. saying something. He is the best surgeon in my opinion..

Hard to know since I never even saw the doctor due to the incompetence of his staff. However, in two hours, he didn't even have the decency to even enter the room.
