Dr. Michael Howard Kabat, PhD

Dr.Kabat provided a comprehensive report outlining my child's condition in just the way I was hoping to have it. The information/report has been very useful going forward to document her issues for other clinicians. I had been unsuccessful before then in finding a psychologist who could understand and articulate in writing their findings of our child's extensive problems. We were referred by her school psychologist and are so glad we found him!

Dr. Kabat was incredibly thorough in his assessment and testing. When I left his office I felt like he covered everything he needed to do a thorough analysis and that he and his team was going to get down to the bottom of what was happening to me. When he called me a week later, he was able to clearly articulate his assessment in a way that made complete sense. When I went and did my own research to reconcile my experiences/symptoms with other info out there on what he assessed me with (I have now read 3 books/publications from 3 diff Doctors) it was very eye-opening how text-book I am in this condition and it has been an almost serendipitous journey down the path of recognition and realization. I am pleased with his assessment, have so much trust in his knowledge and will be forever grateful to him and his team for finally giving me the answer to what is happening. I now have the ability to address it head-on and change my life for the greater. I can't help but comment that… there is another review on here that is infuriating to me. This reviewer claims to be a self-verified patient, but then says in the review that they are not a customer. This is clearly a personal acquaintance that has no experience with Dr Kabat's medical services, but is trying to impact his success by leaving a bad review. Such a person is vindictive and clearly the one that should not be trusted. As a patient who received incredible services from this team, I had to comment on this.
