Too many times I've had to make several phone calls just to try and get the courtesy of a return phone call. The doctor himself doesn't seem to understand that kidney stones can cause back/joint pain and that pain can especially increased if you already have existing conditions of the spine.

Excellent doctor. Very thorough and detail oriented.

Has NO follow up. Incomplete diagnosis. Shows ZERO care for patients needs or concerns. I would not recommend or use him again.

Friendly but also professional

I've been under Dr. Karellas' care for about a year after visiting with 5 other surrounding Urologists in the area. His knowledge and expertise put me at ease. From him bed side manner to his thorough explanations, has shown me that not only does he truly care but also helped me understand my situation. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who wants a genuine doctor as he is really is a breath of fresh air.
