My husband and I had to find a new doctor after seeing Dr. Kaylor for over 11 years. He is an awesome doctor, but his office staff is awful. They are rude and seem as if they don’t care.

By far the worst customer service. Staff members are rude. Lindsay Erstad makes you feel stupid when reaching out for guidance or support while taking a new medication.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kaylor for many years. I've never had a doctor who has given me the respect and dedication that Dr. Kaylor has. I have nothing but the utmost respect and confidence in my physician. As long as he is practicing I will continue to be his patient.

Dr. Kaylor is terrific! He’s attentive, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. He makes his patients feel comfortable and important. There isn’t another doctor I’d rather go to!

I could not ask for a better health care provider. I am so very fortunate Dr Kaylor is my doctor!! he has been a true advocate. He never gave up always pushed through to get me the treatment that I needed after all 3 GI specialists I saw gave up on me... Dr Kaylor was always there, never gave up on me for those months that I ran to him so sick. He was & is my greatest advocate, he took time and found out what my problem was, reason why I had been so sick and in pain and he guided me so that I got the surgery I needed. Its great that I am finally back to my regular life/routine. Thank you!! Thank you Dr. Kaylor!!!!!!!

Dr Kaylor is one of the best Dr I have gone to and I see a lot. He listened to what I had to say and was willing to work with my other Dr and we made a plan. Great bedside manner and I feel very fortunate to have found him. I am going to go back to him and see if I can make him my primary care Dr. He is very knowledgeable and all around a really nice person. Was really impressed. Thanks Doc for listening it really meant a lot.

Hands down the best Doctor in Boise Idaho. If you are looking for an excellent Doctor that is the best in his field but also truly cares about his patients, this is the man for you. Dr. Kaylor is a generous and caring Physician and truly one of a kind. Five stars plus!
