This place is about quantity ($) of patients and no quality of care. Excruciating wait times, rude nurses and office staff, and you will never see Dr. Krueger.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr Krueger ‘s treatment of my issues. He is professional, efficient, thorough and companionate.

1st visit saw Dr Krueger. Follow up visit Assitant. 1st year follow up test, visit for test results not Dr Krueger an assistant $900.+ out of pocket. 2nd year follow up test $1K+ out of pocket follow up appointment 5 weeks. 2 weeks B4 serious infection jaw had info faxed to Dr Krueger (contact office staff to advise of fax, no sense of urgency from STAFF!).got worse dizziness upon standing I stumbled FELL. Heart rate not STEADY Contacted Dr Krugers your follow appointment couple days for test results. Advised taking BP it's TOO LOW & PULSE low 50's dark circles eyes FATIGUED, bring in your BP we will check it make sure it's calibrated right. Made sure had our BP machine for Dr Krueger verify it's calibrated. EKG AFIB Dr Krueger NOT there an assistant the SOP for AFIB. NO concern about JAW BONE INFECTION or LOW PULSE RATE B4 yearlyTEST. "TUNNEL VISION" no REVIEW of CURRENT HEALTH issues no matter how insignificant they are PIECES OF A PUZZLE that Dr Kruger or his STAFF ASSITANT… don't take the time to look outside the box or even in the box ask how have you been FEELING or weight loss FATIGUED NAUSEA . JUST TREAT THE OBVIOUS. I had to ask for my test results the assistant gave them to me NOT IN ROOM OUT WHERE EVERY ONE COULD HEAR MY RESULTS! HIPPA was VIOLATIONS. Assistant apprehension to put me off work told me to see my PC DR. On disability 4 months pulse still low 3 month check up dr Krueger yes out of AFIB off MEDS for that my PULSE still low back to work SANE I'LL FEELING FATIGUED PULSE LOW 50's. Appointment Dr Krueger office Assitant listened advised PULSE TOO LOW changed meds said you need be off another month. Recheck if pulse still low do a holster monitor. Dropped off SDI paperwork OMG DR KRUEGER DOESN'T FEEL THIS IS A CARDIOLOGIST DISABILITY. Even though HIS ASSITANT WHOM HE MUST TRUST IF THEY ARE WORKING IN HIS OFFICE SINCE HE MUST HAVE TOO MANY Medical Assistant did EKG said not AFIB, left 10+ mins. NO ASSITANT TO DISCUSS PULSE RATE & YES OR NO HOLSTER MONITOR as advised by previous visit, Medical Assistant came back in you are in regular sinus rhythm that was it WOW. I FEEL THEY BASIC OBVIOUS GLARING NOT RESEARCH WHAT IS CAUSING HEAR ISSUES. NOT HAPPY

It is very difficult to get an appointment EVEN WHEN YOU ARE HAVING SYMPTOMS! They cancel appointments when you show up at the office and don't bother to call you before to let you know so they end up wasting your time. Very disrespectful staff! They are extremely rude and unhelpful. The elderly patient almost fainted in the examining room and when I asked the staff for help they gave me dirty looks and told me to go back to the room! The worst doctor and staff in Fresno.

Smaller practice here means less wait time and more intimate surroundings compared to the large cardiovascular medical groups. Dr. Krueger conveys professional competence and skill; bedside manner is not a forte but I put greater value on the confidence I have in his skill. Staff is not uniformly friendly; perhaps all of them could use some customer service training. Some of them can be quite abrupt. Courtesy and the word "please" cost no money and very little time.

Waiting time always exceeds 1 hour, staff don't care about you. Only concern is getting paid by the insurance companies.

The front office assistant who started to make my appointment was so confused and difficult to communicate with, after 10 minutes on the phone with her (7 minutes on hold), I decided to call a different cardiologist.
