Had a great procedure, it went very well. I felt Dr. Ladder was confident and positive and that reflected on me his pt. I was glad that I went with him for sx as a solution for my CA diagnosis.

Dr. Lasser is an excellent physician. I have been seeing him for many years now and I am very pleased with him and the care I am given. The staff is also great. I would highly recommend this practice.

Doctor Lasser is a great Doctor. He is an expert in robotic surgery. When I leave his exam room I feel confident that I have the right Doctor treating me .

Dr. Lasser has been from the first visit to my recent visit has only shown to be as professional and personal as a physician can be. I highly recommend his services.

My appointment was 3pm which I always arrive 15mins early. I was called on apprx. 5min afterwards for an ultrasound and was told go sit in waiting 35mins later after seeing 3 other patients get called in before me I got annoyed and asked receptionist what the delay was and she asked my name then told me they forgot to read and pull my chart. Still sat there for another 10mins. This staff is quite negligent. I liked the staff before they became Summit Health. Ill find a new urologist

Terrible experience and terrible service at the office don’t waste your time

I had the worst experience with Lasser imaginable, resulting from negligence on his part. Totally didn't care about my simple and straightforward boundary that I stated to him 2 times in a row; he overrode it without consulting me first. - This has caused me some trouble even years later. - He thinks he knows better about your own self than you do, because he the doctor... even though he has known you for less than 3 minutes. - He should develop the mindset of teamwork between patient and provider. And he should also understand better that treating patients with the most basic politeness, will go a long way toward their mental and even physical health. - I've seen a few other doctors at his practice; please see anyone else.

I made an appt. with this guy. I have Wellcare insurance. They accepted the appt. asked me what was my insurance was and made an appt...they then followed up with 2 confirmation emails...It takes me 45 minutes to get to their office and when I got there they told me I needed a referral from a primary care physician and the Dr. wouldn't see me...Of course, I was annoyed and inconvenienced by that move, and they didn't even apologize...The sec'y acted as if I had done something wrong...that is fcked up and I'll never seek to go there again...Also, their reviews are terrible. They treat their customers like sht..Dr. Lasser, caused me financial hardship by pulling that move and Wellcare says that their Drs; , of which Dr. Lasser is enrolled, do not need primary care physician referrals...I'm going to post this on every review site I can, before suing this creep for wasting my time and causing me financial hardship!!

Dr. Lasser explained himself very well, explained a few different options. I'm very pleased with him being a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Lasser if you need a Urologist.

Dr. Lasser was prompt, courteous, and respectful. He put me at ease while being informative.
