Dr. Michael Mancuso

Been a patient for over 10 years and I’ve had great experiences every time. Dr. Mancuso’s expertise and experience is outstanding, and his sense of humor and patient engagement is excellent as well. His staff is also friendly, helpful with questions, and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Mancuso to friends and family.

if you want to have a 8:40am appt.and sit in a room from until 10:10am then this is the guy for you. Not only did I get left in a room no one ever came in and advised me of what was going on. Truth be told I think Stephanie totally forgot about me

Daughter was a patient of this dr. Had a simple mole removed and wound up with a staff infection and in the ER and Hospital for almost a week. In addition, neither the Dr. or his staff called to see how she was. Also, as one would guess, took no responsibility for his actions and inactions.

not a good experience

First appt I had to see the Dr was a 5:00. I knew I would be there awhile because thats the way it goes with any office visit. I. was seen around 6:10. I was out of there by 6:20. Had to make a follow up before I left so I made it for 1st one of any. day available. 8:30 it was. I got there on the scheduled date at 8:15 and was 1st one in the waiting room. Others arrived after me and were called before me to see the Dr????? I was put in a room at 8:40 and left finally, without seeing the Dr, at 9:20! NEVER experienced anything this bad seeing a doctor in all my years. (Especially with the 1st appt)

My experience is that there can be a wait to see Dr. Mancuso, but I have found it to be totally worth it! He has been very thorough in helping me with my skin issues, but at the same time has a great sense of humor and he doesn't just rush in and out. I have also had his RN take care of me recently & she was also very thorough in the procedure she had to do for me. As for the rest of his staff, I have found all of them to be friendly & helpful! My experiences have all been very positive & I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Dr. Mancuso is very nice and it saddens me that he has other complaints regarding staff. The nurse is the worst and thinks she is the doctor as she shouts and is rude. Will not return as spoke with nurse after visit they forgot prescription and when asked instead of explaning calmly she lectured me on what a fine doctor he was she went off in a different direction. Dr. Mancuso needs to do a check on a few problems with check-in attitudes to the a hyper nurse. (get a sign in sheet).

I have never dealt with a staff worse than this one. Rude beyond belief. No follow up to phone calls or pharmacy inquiries. I don't know if the doctor has a clue how terrible his staff is to his patients. But if he doesn't he should.

You will wait at least 1 hour in waiting room.

Dr. Mancuso treated me in my early 20s and is now treating my teenage son. He is a very kind, intelligent person, who really takes the time to listen to his patients. He has a great sense of humor! My only complaint is the LONG wait times in the waiting room.
