Office does not return messages. Poor communication. Patient is ignored and left to suffer.

I've been going to Dr. Maxwell ever since I moved back here from Florida years ago and honestly couldn't ask for a better doctor. Spends his time with me and is attentive to every need. I recommend Dr. Maxwell to my family members as well. Thanks for all of your help Dr. Maxwell!

I have been a patient of Dr. Maxwell's for over 10 years. I have found him to have a good bedside manner, and takes time to listen to your concerns and questions. He has consistently explained what the problems are and why he is prescribing medications. In addition to known problems he asks about topical issues such as flu shots and similar. On occasion he does seem to rush but overall I would rate him superior.

I started seeing Dr. Maxwell for a few months due to my doctor leaving his practice. He went back on his word about filling my prescriptions multiple times, and yet I tried to be understanding. Then, at the beginning of the year, he had his staff notify me he was no longer prescribing, and would refer me to specialists. I didn't have enough medication to last until I could get appointments, and they told me it was no longer their responsibility. It was absolutely unprofessional and uncaring. Also, the specialist were not vetted and had no affiliation. One was even out of business.

So many doctors today try to get you in and out, but Dr. Maxwell listens and then asks questions

I needed a prescribed lice shampoo for my family and his office would not give it to me without 1st making an appointment and get a diagnosis. It's shampoo, not a narcotic. We were only at this office for 9 months, until we decided to move on.

So thankful that I found a Christian doctor that really takes the time to listen to you.

Our family has been with Dr. Maxwell for 16 years. He is a kind, caring and compassionate family doctor who has treated our family since my girls were born (16 & 13). Most importantly, Dr. Maxwell quickly and accurately diagnosed my husband with Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer, when we thought my husband was just sick from a bad strand of the flu, and he gently walked us through the startling and scary first few weeks. We could not ask for a better man to care for our family... we love our doctor! We have referred several friends who now call Dr. Maxwell their doctor too.

I have been searching for a doctor since my doctor moved out of the area and stumbled upon Dr. Maxwell. I had to have a quick apt and thought I would just use him for this time and research more doctors later. My husband and I both were so pleased with him and his staff that we have made him our doctor for all of us! My 9 year old likes him, my 20 year old likes him and my husband even likes him (he doesn't usually like DR's.). He is kind and knowledgeable at the same time. I usually don't recommend because that can make you look bad if someone has a bad experience, but I am willing to say I recommend Dr. Michael Maxwell and his staff!!!!
