Dr. Michael Francis Mcgee, MD

I was scheduled for March 24, 2026. I received a call on March 19, 2026 stating that my appointment was canceled. I need to call to reschedule which I never canceled my appointment. I was looking forward for this appointment. I was told my appointment is with Dr. Michael McGee after I called to find out why my appointment was canceled. I was told that my appointment was not scheduled with Dr. McGee was with a different person physician assistant that I am not aware of. Very poor Customer Service and very unprofessional.

Doesn't return calls before or after surgery. Recovery time not accurately explained Staff a mixed bag ... Some very good others no helpful at all. Follow up needs improvement . After surgery never came back as we were told he was before being released . Was very busy and scheduled to the minute it seemed.

I recommend this doctor. One of the most excellent doctor. He stand by your side. Listen to you every carefully. Helps you on what he can. Explain too your family members. Everything that's happening.
