Dr. Milone was amazing in many ways. My daughter broke her arm and he took the time to discuss with her the operation needed to repair it as well as her recovery. He did a wonderful job on the surgery and called her and myself ( mom) to discuss many issues regarding her using her dominant hand for school (she is an animation student) and how soon she could return to work at college. He also personally called her to set up a PT appointment to get a brace custom made for her. He went above and beyond. He was an exceptional surgeon and doctor.

Dr. Milone has been very knowledgeable and empathetic regarding my son’s injuries.

He did not seem able to engage with me as a person or as a patient. I saw him for approximately 3-5 minutes maximum and I learned very little about my hand situation or my prognosis. I would not use him again.

Very unfriendly and standoffish. Far, very far away from the being a Dr. Decker! I would never want someone with that type of attitude to perform a surgery on me!

Dr has no bedside manner. Doesn’t introduce himself, could have cared less about the injury.
