He put my mind at ease during my c-section. I felt comfortable and safe. The surgery was a breeze, and recovery was surprisingly faster than any c-section I've ever had. Thank you, Dr. Morphet. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS. I’d like to note that I’ve worked in the medical field for past six years. At 21 years old I almost lost my life due to the poor care I received from Dr. Morphet. I repeatedly expressed concerns regarding pre eclampsia and each time he blew me off. My blood pressure was much higher than normal, I had severe pitting edema, and rapid loss of vision. I told him I could not see to drive with my glasses to the point where I felt unsafe. I literally could not read a speed limit sign until I got right up to it. His response was “Your retina is probably a little swollen, that’s normal.” He finally tested my urine and the results were positive for pre eclampsia. He responded with “Yeah you got protein in your urine but I probably have a little protein in my urine. That’s normal.” His bedside manner made me feel so uncomfortable like I was just a young first time mother acting like a hypochondriac. I continued to trust him and give him the benefit of the… doubt. Flash forward to 6 weeks before my due date. He was out of town. I attended a birthing class at Orange Park hospital. The instructor took one look at my extremely swollen legs and immediately sent me to triage to get checked out. After testing my blood and urine they immediately induced me. During birth my blood pressure rose dangerously high and I lost consciousness. I remained immobile and mostly unconscious for almost 72 hours. Being premature my baby didn’t weight enough to regulate his own blood sugar. We spent almost a week in the hospital together. I wasn’t able to stand or hold him until the very last day. When he came in to visit he simply said “I didn’t think it would come to this.” No apology. No remorse. I’m so happy my baby is well and thriving. I’m so happy I’m alive and well today to tell this story because if I had continued listening to and trusting Dr. Morphet I very well may not have been.

He immediately acted on instinct, put me under for emergency surgery, and saved my life. I have never felt more grateful and blessed. I definitely recommend him 10 fold over, and hope I get the privilege to have him as my doctor again in the near future.

Dr. Mofphet managed my daughter's high risk pregnancy and delivery. He uses evidenced practices , gave her vip treatment. His bedside manner is way above average.

Excellent doctor

Having post menopausal bleeding my primary doctor recommended North Florida OB/GYN for follow up. I had the pleasure to be paired with Dr. Morphet. He was very thorough in his exam and explaining the issues that I was experiencing. Within 3 weeks he diagnosed and performed required surgery, problem solved. Because of his high level of professionalism and kind bedside manner, I would highly recommend Dr. Morphet for any of your OB or GYN issues as I will continue see him for all my future GYN needs

My experience with Dr. Morphet was phenomenal. I would highly recommend him. I needed to have a hysterectomy and he guided me through the process in such a positive and professional manner. Not once did I second guess or really even worry about my procedure. He has a way of reassuring you and educating you so you feel comfortable. He is probably the most gentle caring gyn I have ever been to. This surgery has changed my life. I feel like a new woman. I would recommend this to any woman struggling with periods or having pain. At least go have it checked out. The surgery is not that invasive. Dr. Morphet does it robotically and recovery time is minimal.
