Horrible office staff-don’t ever go there. This was the worst experience of my life!!

Had a total hip replacement by Dr. Nett a few weeks ago. From the moment I met Dr. Nett, I knew I would be in the best of hands. He is attentive, described my procedure, took all the time needed. He is an amazing surgeon and human being. His office staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend Dr. Nett for any surgical procedure needed. Thank you Dr. Nett.

Dr. Nett is a great surgeon and normally I would recommend to anyone, however I am considering changing surgeons for my other knee because his office staff is the worst I have ever encountered. They never ever ever return calls unless you leave a message that you are close to dying. You can’t speak to anyone over the phone except PAs. You are out of luck if your have any medical, billing, scheduling or general questions because even if the switch board claims to have sent an electronic message or you leave multiple voicemails - they never ever return your call. As I write this review I am reminded how bad they are and I will probably be calling a surgeon from Langone right after I submit this review

So happy I finally did the hip replacement surgery. Should have done it yearsxago. Dr. NETT and his Team were awesome.

Dr. Nett is an amazing surgeon and a very compassionate Dr. He listens and answers every question you have. I had two hip replacements done with Dr. Nett and each time my recovery went smoothly. Being able to be free of pain and walk pain free was worth all of it ! I wouldn’t go to any other Dr. ! He truly is the best ! Thank you Dr. Nett !!!

Had two knee surgeries, with Dr Nett, have recommended him to a number of people, he is kind caring interested in you as a patient, I did fabulous said by many , n would never use anyone but him, his office is kind n caring n they truly care about you as an individual, if you need knee surgery he is the one to go to, my last surgery was Jan 7,of this year 2020, Just want to say Thank You Dr Michael Nett, For being their for me, ?????????

It’s very rare these days that you you find that combination in any doctors office. Dr. Nett is a fantastic doctor who talks to you and actually cares. You don’t feel like your just a number. His staff is very personable as well. Under the current circumstances I felt very comfortable visiting the office for my recent appointment!!

In light of current events, very safe process to visit his office. Very easy to speak with as well

Great experience with Dr. Nett and his team. Had emergency hip surgery and it went very well with a great outcome. Besides being a great doctor, Dr. Nett is a very nice guy. I'm usually pretty critical of doctors.

My overall experience was very positive...tough surgery to go thru but Dr.Nett and staff were with me all the way...the hospital staff was also exceptional...Dr. Nett is a warm and caring person as well which certainly helps the healing process.
