I have seen dr. Nordstrom for many years now. He has taken time to listen to me and reviews his notes and records before entering the exam room. Surgery is the last option and his skills are great. I am satisfied with his care. In my position as a pastor I have watched and talked with many doctors. I trust dr Nordstrom. That is the highest compliment I can give a doctor.

I saw Dr. Nordstrom for a tumor that I was told may be cancer. Dr. Nordstrom was very reassuring and did all of the right testing. It turned out to not to be cancer after he removed it. I felt very comfortable with him and he put my mind at ease when I was very anxious.

Dr. Nordstrom took tons of time with me to make sure that I felt comfortable with our plan to treat my problem. He addressed my concerns thoroughly and seemed to truly care about his patients. I have been told that he is one of the best surgeons in the Mke area and my procedure went extremely well!

After my appt. with Dr. Nordstrom I felt like he explained everything to me in great detail. He is very down to earth and relates to people very well. His diagnosis was right on and I was back to 100% in a couple of days. I would highly recommend Dr. Nordstrom.

No problem with the doctor. Office staff is very slow in calling in for pre authorization of a procedure. Ins company told me that it is a very quick process, if they would call. So far it has been more than 2 1/2 days since dr ordered procedure and no phone call to ins yet. I called the office and they confirmed it was not taken care of yet.

The doctor did not address my key issue of visit. He did not suggest follow up or make me feel comfortable. He was running late, and made me feel very rushed. The other staff is nice, however he did not listen to my key questions and concerns. He also did not elaborate on medical jargon and preformed a anesthetic procedure without my consent. Maybe it was a bad day, but to the average person not working in the medical field, this is not the doctor for you as it is fast, jargon, and very one sided. He also did not review any medical history (XRays) with me, it was more based off of how things were that day.
