Ever the consummate professional, Dr. Pagnotto is an attentive listener, stickler for details and strives for the best outcomes for his patients. I highly recommend him and the team that supports the practice he is a part of.

I had a half hour wait to see the Dr., but when he did arrive he was able to explain what was going on with my knee pain. He was willing to address my questions in a clear and understandable manner. I would recommend him to anyone seeking orthopedic care.

I highly recommend this practice.and Dr Pagnato. This Dr is patient and thorough. His team is courteous, knowledgeable and astutely handle all the preliminary work allowing the Dr to get to work. Well done! And for those who don’t like to wait… waiting just tells me is that this team is taking the time they need with the patients and not rushing them out. Kudos all around.

I am so thankful for the care I received from Dr. Michael Pagnotto. He performed my right hip replacement in April 2025, and it truly gave me my life back. Before surgery, I was living with constant pain that made everyday activities difficult. Dr. Pagnotto was kind, patient, and reassuring from the very beginning. He took the time to listen and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. Today, I feel like a brand-new person. I have no pain and no issues, and I’m beyond grateful for his skill and compassion. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a hip replacement.

Went because of excessive hip pain and wanted to assess options....I subtracted one star for the one hour before I saw Dr. Pagnotto but he maintained a genteel and affable demeanor throughout my visit and suggested an interim cortisone shot, which I received.....look forward to follow up in about six weeks and I have a high degree of faith in his abilities.

My visit today was at week 7. My surgery went well and my incision is healing nicely. An xray was done, and I’m doing well. I met with Dr Pagnato’s PA Sierra. I met with her also at week 2, when my bandage was removed. I haven’t met with Dr since my surgery 7 weeks ago, which I guess is common. My only issue was that a few calls I’ve made in the last 2-3 weeks were not returned nor was a voicemail left with responses to my questions. On one occasion my call was returned only to say they called and to call back. I don’t know why this has happened; my phone is working properly. Their records show the PA’s called me back.

Dr Pagnotto has done 3 total joint replacements for me, the most recent was my left knee. As with my initial right knee and right hip, this surgery was flawless and my results are outstanding. I was walking unassisted in 1 week and back to work. Dr Pagnotto and his entire team are consummate professionals. I would recommend Dr Pagnotto to anyone considering joint replacement confident they would be thrilled with the results.
