Dr. Michael John Picco

He was amazing, and so was all the staff. We transferred care there because my daughter was traumatized by her experience in the ER and orthopedic on Whidbey Island - night and day difference!!! I highly recommend Dr. Picco!!! He listened to all our concerns, answered all our questions very clearly, and he and all the staff were very attentive and empathetic. He completely changed my child's opinion of doctors. Thank you!

I have been with him for a couple years working on both knees. He is a great doctor and listens to what you have to say. so if you need anything done with your knees shoulders, he’s your guy

The DR. Was easy to work with. I have other health issues, A stroke on 2004, so therapy is harder that most. That was communication thru the DR. And his staff during my hip surgery

Dr. Pico was very warm and very professional preparing me for the surgery, and the post-surgical experience. Getting a new hip doesn’t happen for everyone but it’s important to know what to expect. I would recommend him for anyone considering surgery.

Dr. Picco is my 3rd orthopedic surgeon. The first just wanted me to do physical therapy over and over. After 3 years i switched. 2nd one, We to surgery thought all was great but nope still instability in my knee, lots of pain to go along with in! Found Dr. Picco and went through the steps you normal go through to determine what is wrong. Found our prior surgeon did not repair all the damage in my knee . That was proven by comparing mri. Dr. Picco went in fixed it and very pleased with the outcome! He listens to what you actually say and not just relies on what the norm is or what the books say. He has also did a shoulder replacement and i have so much more mobility and strength and most important the pain is gone! I am still using him for my other shoulder. If you are in need of an otho surgeon he is the best out there!

Dont go to him. Period!
