Dr. Michael David Reep, MD

Not only is Dr. Reep attentive, friendly, professional, and efficient, but his staff is, too. I am always greeted cordially; have never had to wait; have been examined professionally and expeditiously; and have always left with a smile on my face. I have never had a bad visit and have always had nothing but the highest respect and warmest regard for Dr. Reep and his staff.

I was not impressed! He saw me for about 3 minutes, and when I told him I wanted to pull out a list of things I wanted to discuss, he said "if we have time". Wow - I have never felt so brushed off.

Always have to wait for someone to call back, never answers phone. Any prescriptions have to be done through their special pharmacies with prescriptions that my insurance company and pharmacist never herd of. Was told "they are specially designed". Three prescriptions and none of them covered but was able to give me a "special" discount.

Each and every time I have visited Dr. Reep I have had a fabulous experience. If he was unable to deal with my problem he referred me to another doctor

Dr. Reep was incredibly rude and did not seem to care one bit about my visit. He interrupted every time I tried to speak or ask questions. He looked at my skin for about 3 seconds before deciding to prescribe 3 medications without explanations or warnings. It's been a little over a month and my face has never been worse. One medication in particular is incredibly painful and burns my skin. I have had to call off work due to extreme redness and peeling. It is difficult to hide and is affecting my everyday life. Overall, my visit with Dr. Reep lasted less than 5 minutes and was very unpleasant. The staff was rude and dismissive, adding to the unenjoyable experience.

Never have to wait to see Dr. Reep. Great Doctor, Great staff.Thank you for being efficient and quick. I refer everyone to him.

Staff in examine room not very welcoming... Almost dismissive. But Dr. Reep is fabulous. Desk staff is great.

Dr. Reep is outstanding. I highly recommend to everyone.

Dr. Reep was friendly, listened and was very thorough. After seeing several dermatologists for the same problem, he recommended a more aggressive treatment which totally fixed the issue. Wish I saw him first! Will see him for cosmetic procedure next.
