Dr. Shen is very thorough, professional and caring with great bed side manners! He listens carefully, and explains very clear so I could understand everything. I really appreciate Dr. Shen for his help and showing such kindness! He deserves more than 5 stars!

I highly recommend Dr. Shen. He is very caring, knowledgable, and personable. I had several conditions that needed to be addressed (severe headaches, back pains, numbness, etc). Dr. Shen really helped me! I feel so much better waking up in the morning and I can take a short walk without any pain. EMG nerve test has been done recently and I am so grateful that I see the progress. His office staffs are very friendly especially Kathy. Thank you Dr. Shen for everything and I truly recommend you to anyone who needs your help!

Good doctor. Not always on time. Office: usually "leave a message".

It was impossible to make an appointment because the receptionist Ariana and another one would not want to give me an appointment, it took 3 days to finally speak to them and when I I did they told me that the doctor only treats for headaches and numbness. I told them we wanted an exam to see why my husband is having problems and refused to make an appointment saying that the doctor was telling them so. Which I can not believe a doctor would deny or keep patients away.
