Dr. Michael Don Shore, PhD

As to mentoring he proved a very unreliable one for me at a very critical moment in my career development.

Dr. Michael Shore introduced me to neuropsychology and helped me complete both a difficult internship and a 2-year post doc. His skills are second to none and his intuitive feel for a patient's condition is remarkable.

Before And Now Dr. Shore treated me for a Post Concussive Syndrome aggravated by trauma in the 80's, after I was mugged and brutally injured. After a few fruitless years of treatment by psychologists, I had finally found a doctor who understood my cognitive deficits. He also taught "The Anatomy Of The Brain" at a university. So, he guided me for years toward agencies that could help me compensate for my cognitive and physical deficits. This is why I have been able to function, despite my 38% left brain permanent damage. I was blessed under his care. I'd like to co-author a book with him titled "Before and Now".

Dr. Shore was an outstanding mentor. He was my first teacher of clinical neuropsychology.
