Dr. Silverstein is a superb healthcare provider. And no, he didn't pay me to say it. I first saw Dr. Silverstein in 2013 to rule out some "white noise" on a brain MRI. Now at age 60 and facing memory problems, I chose to revisit him. Why? Because he is an amazing listener with vast experience. He is up to date on the latest research. He knows what works and what has been proven to be ineffective. He leaves no stone unturned in seeking the best for his patients. He has one of the best "bedside manners" of any healthcare practitioner I have ever met!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Silverstein. From the very first appointment, he took the time to listen and understand my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. His depth of knowledge is incredibly reassuring, and he explains everything in a clear, thoughtful way that makes even complex issues feel manageable. What really stands out is their genuine compassion and dedication to patient care. He is thorough, detail-oriented, and always proactive in making sure nothing is overlooked. Always responsive when I email him a question. I’ve always felt like I’m in the best possible hands, which brings a huge sense of comfort and confidence. I would highly recommend Dr. Michael Silverstein to anyone looking for an exceptional neurologist.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Silverstein for the very first time. He was recommended to me by my primary doctor. I struck GOLD!!! I did do my homework before deciding to move forward with him. You will not find 1 bad review on HIM personally. What a nice, caring man. I did not feel rushed. He listened to everything I said and asked probing questions as needed. I felt so comfortable with him. It is so obvious how knowledgeable he is. He didn’t make me feel like I was going crazy regarding my symptoms and the way I have been feeling for months now. Before my visit was over he had a plan of attack in place. Additional testing to start ruling out possibilities and from there we will plan accordingly for next steps. What a true professional. He is compassionate and I walked away knowing he has my best interest at heart and truly wants me to feel better. I would recommend Dr. Silverstein in a heart beat. It takes a lot to impress me and to trust. I trust him to care for my health and a… very important organ to all of us and that is our brain. I travel far to see Dr. Silverman. He's a wonderful doctor. He is thorough, kind, listens to your issues, give you his time more freely vs exactly on the clock. He's totally approachable with no attitude whatsoever. Dr. Silverman is very knowledgeable and on point with his accessment and recommended strategy to work with my conditions. I've been to 3 other neurologists elsewhere prior to seeing him and the care I had received in the past is not close to comparable to what I receive with him. Don't let the wait time getting your call answered scare you away...it's simply because so many people want to be seen by this practice. Dr. Silverstein is a very friendly and caring physician. He communicates extremely well, which enables you to understand your personal situation. He will answer all of your questions in a manner that is easily understood. I feel very fortunate to have him as my neurologist.

Dr Silverstein has been my physician for almost 14 years and I will not see anyone else. (until he retires or kicks me out) Professional, compassionate, understanding, and prompt with calls back when you have a concern or question. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Receptionists are rude, disrespectful, and, disorganized. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office, including the doctor.

Dr. Silverstein takes time to explain and answer all questions presented to him. Has returned phone calls almost immediately with test results, etc. He is extremely caring and tries to keep me from worrying by explaining my condition in words I can comprehend. I am very grateful that Dr. Silverstein was recommended to me.
