Dr. Michael James Smith, MD

I have seen Dr Smith 4 times. There were so many red flags that went up for me, but the convenience of his office location lead me back one more time saying all I need is just a pap smear what damage could be done???.... Well, 3 weeks later I got 3 bills leading to over $1500 for tests that were either not done or shouldn't have been done and blood work that I said I didn't want. The Pap cost $278.00!!! It's like he has his own special store going on w/ his own pharmacy and diet needs. That Saliva Test was one for the books! Of course most people in some way will have "Adrenal Insufficiency" (my PCP just laughed at me)I just assumed that these bills were wrong so I approached it with that in mind, his office manager (also his wife) was so rude it blew me away. Then I had the lab call her figuring that would help, she wanted no part of listening to what they had to say. Now it's my word against their's and you know how that goes! Even though I've met my deductible my insurance… won't pay, 4 of the blood tests had been done recently by my PCP (as I told them!) I'm not blaming the insurance company, but it's ME left holding the bag and trying to prove what did or didn't take place. This is only part of the misery I've been through with this office. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN ANY FORMAT BEFORE, THIS IS HOW STRONG I FEEL THAT I WAS WRONGED!
