Dr.Smith is so nice and very easy on the eyes. I actually forgot the reason for my visit. Seriously the entire staff is awesome and very accommodating. Thanks for making my office visit stress free.

Dr. Michael Smith has a great bedside manner. He is always upbeat and personable. He gave me all treatment options and left it to me as to if/when I needed surgery. He never pushed. He did a great job with my surgery and answering any questions I had.

Dr Smith is an amazing doctor. He and his staff are so kind, caring, punctual and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job on my carpal tunnel / trigger finger release surgery.

He was quick and his staff was so nice. For them to see me so fast.

The visit felt very rushed and impersonal. He consistently insisted I allow him to do injections in my wrist/hands. I explained to him that it made me feel uncomfortable because I had an hour drive home and I had no one with me. He dismissed my feelings and continued to suggest different ways he could do the injections. He didn’t seem very empathetic to my concern and didn’t thoroughly explain the process. The entire appointment seemed very rehearsed, as if the information that was provided was probably given to every single person who came in the office with hand pain. After I left, I made the decision to not go through with any of the suggested tests or treatments because I did not feel comfortable or confident with the Dr. or the treatment I received while there. They suggested I get a test where they put needles in and run little shocks to test my nerves. That’s not something you want a doctor to do if You don’t really trust them. Building rapport is really a big deal in this… scenario. Unfortunately it didn’t happen yesterday.

Outstanding surgeon! Prior to surgery Dr. Smith answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable . The surgery went on well I’m still healing Ana attending all the appointments and therapies yet his performance exceeded all of my expectations. As a medical personnel myself I highly recommend Dr. Smith. Best of the Best!! Ps OT therapist Cathy - Best!!!
