Dr. Michael Lee Smith, MD

Went in for a bulging disc that had left my leg numb and with burners when I tried to walk or hold anything. Couldn't lay on my side or on my back, sitting in a car was brutal. I went in for surgery, and that same day all of those things were gone. Yes I'm recovering from the surgery and experiencing pain from the solution but after 9 months, knowing when I heal I'll have my life back and will be able to hold and rock my grandkid is amazing

I cannot recommend this guy to anyone. He can't diagnose his way out of a paper bag - nor does he seem to care. When is "it's confusing" a diagnosis?? Borders on elder abuse. Go see someone else!!!!

I was refereed to Dr smith and saw him twice I don't know what my problem is because he wasn't in room long enough to tell me, I asked what was causing my pain and he sent me to pain management no answer no impressed with him as a Dr

Dan was great. Dr. Smith does not know what to do with wrists. I was told to just live with the 2 breaks I had and hand had dropped so would not heal well. I just had a second surgery by another doc who found tendon shredding due to plate not being put in correctly. I won't recommend him to anyone.

I first met Dr. Michael Smith when I was referred to him by my primary care doctor, having extreme back pain and unable to stand or walk because of it. I had been through all the epidurals and PT and was getting worse. Dr. Michael Smith performed back surgery on me in 2005 lasting 5 1/2 hours. To this day I have not felt any pain from that operation and when I got out of the hospital I was immediately back to my old self once again. I had never been in a hospital before and he made the experience more "pleasant" than I imagined it to be. To me, Dr. Michael Smith is truly a "miracle worker" ! Thank you, Dr. Michael Smith, MD !
