The office workers act like they have all the power so are busy ignoring, gossiping and eating. Appts. irregardless if something major cones up they always say three months wait, they don't rearrange according to unforeseen incidents. This man has no personality , hates the world and now that I see he also sees children, I find that highly unacceptable. If you hate people don't get in a people person career. Especially very ill people. I had been diagnosed by 3 different drs with MS and he says anxiety with no tests, when my dr. shifted her patients to him as she left the practice to teach.

This office is much more focused on being arrogant and VERY rude than caring for patients. Your child can be suffering horribly and they stick their nose up in air telling you it will be WEEKS before they can be bothered to call to schedule any followup tests or treatments ordered by the doctor. None of them have any business being in the healthCARE industry when it is more important to them to be arrogant than care about their patients!!! And when you ask the doctor about their WEEKS wait time to even hear back, he doesn't care either!! AVOID THIS GROUP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

Dr. Sowell is the most caring physician I have encountered personally in a long time. He takes the time to listen to my concerns,and gives the research and evidence to support what he is doing. He also calls me personally to follow up on test results, etc. I had a spinal headache post lp once, and he called me to check on me also. He is a great doctor!
