Dr. Michael Tehrani, MD

I have been Dr. Tehrani's patient since he began his practice in Long Beach in 2017. I have had two medical emergencies which he handled with competence and kindness. Regular check-ups are thorough and questions are answered promptly and in understandable language. I have upmost confidence in his professional ability and I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Michael Tehrani.

Michael Tehrani MD Being in the medical field myself, I have worked with many doctors and staff members; I am very impressed with the professionalism, care given, but most of all the communication. Being my father’s caretaker, I only want the very best and have found a treasure with Dr. Tehrani. He listens to the patients, family and caretakers he helps improve the quality of life for the patient, he educates everyone into helping. He makes medication changes depending on the patient’s reactions and well-being not what is the medical normal says, and is available for family to ask question directly from him and/or his knowledgeable staff. Their response is incredible. It’s about the patients, their families, and caretakers. Dr. Tehrani is an example to the coming generations of the medical field, he is human, he listens and really cares. I wish I could write more but I would have to write a book on how appreciative my family,… father and I are to have found Dr. Tehrani. Thank you Dr. Tehrani, for all you do, giving my father a quality of life and giving us more time to enjoy him.

Came to Dr. Tehrani based on the reviews and he is nothing short of it. Made me understand why I take every medication I take and why he orders any tests he orders. He makes the entire process easy to understand and enjoyable. I've also assigned my parents to him who live in the assisted living and they speak highly of him and his team as well. Highly recommended.

We recently had to change physicians for my wife and after research and recommendations we arrived at the office of Dr. Michael Tehrani. His medical knowledge is excellent as are his diagnostic skills. More importantly he listens to what the patient has to say and exhibits great empathy. My wife resides in an assisted care facility and with her ongoing health problems he has made NUMEROUS house calls. Most of you reading this don't know or understand the term "House Call". There was a time when a doctor would leave his or her office and actually come to your home or care facility where you were residing and provide treatment. To me this represents a level of Care and Caring that is unfortunately missing in a great number of our our Medical Providers. I have no reservations in suggesting that you choose Dr. Tehrani and his staff to take care of your families health needs.

This Dr. is the Elon Musk of Doctors. Keep an eye on this Dr as he has huge visions and dreams about improving healthcare and has the persistence and drive to get there so the moment he goes public, buy his stock! I’ve gotten to know him closely as we have worked closely together. Love his passion. I was a hospice patient bedbound in a nursing home for over 6 months. He was recommended to me by one of the nurses at the facility and I told him my story. He worked with me and I got a liver transplant and continued to work closely with me till I got stronger. I got discharged from the nursing home then into an assisted living then discharged from there as I became more and more independent. I never thought I would walk again but now I am not only walking but driving and just bought a Tesla. I’ve always wanted to drive a Tesla and never thought I could due to my health condition but now I am. I am writing this review on Thanksgiving because I am so thankful to him and his nurse… so be alive and at home this thanksgiving. Writing this review brought tears to my eyes that is how thankful I am. I really hope he succeeds in his vision and trains all doctors to be like him. Thank you Dr. Tehrani I owe my life to you.

Dr. Tehrani follows my both parents in the Assisted Living. He came highly recommended to us by the Staff in the Assisted Living since my Mom was having recurrent hospitalizations. It has been such a miracle having him because she has not had a single hospitalization since he has been the doctor and she is actually a lot more awake, alert, and energetic since he reduced and adjusted a lot of her medications. We can see why most of the residents here have chosen Dr. Tehrani and what all the high recommendations about him are about. Can not recommend this Doctor and his nurse team enough.

As a retired MD and healthplan medical director myself, I have a lot of choices who I can pick as a Doctor for myself and my wife and we picked Dr. Tehrani based on another Doctors Recommendation. My wife was having a lot of medical issues and had not had a quality of life anymore for the past 5 years and we were told to go see Dr. Tehrani. He quickly diagnosed and treated her and she has a quality of life again. He reviewed every medication with us and stopped quite a few he felt was unnecessary. We could not be more thankful or happier. It is nice to see a Doctor with such intelligence, respect, and compassion with an equally good office staff. A lot of Doctors go to Dr. Tehrani and I see why now. I only wish we went to him sooner.

Dr. Tehrani and his staff are one of the most professional, comprehensive, and easily accessible clinics I have experienced. Him and his team make Doctors visits enjoyable. My family and friends all go to him. He even sees my parents at the Assisted Living which they love. I would recommend Dr. Tehrani 100%.

If you are looking for a new Physician. in Long Beach, I strongly recommend Dr. Michael Tehrani. He is not only a wonderful M.D., but he is tenacious about diagnostics. He works with you until he finds out what is going on and then addresses the concern. He did that for me and for friends that also go to him. And he’s not a 9-to-5, four-days- a-week sort of doctor. He is available when you need him, and more often than not I hear from him before I even try to track him down. He aligns himself with skilled, experienced medical specialists and advocates on your behalf with each of them. He is kind, gentle and organized. He is big on preventative medicine and monitors his clients in order to avoid problems before they occur. Thank you Dr. Tehrani
