I booked this appointment last minute without reading any reviews.It was pretty easy to schedule the appointment and the office staff were very informative and polite. I gave 4 stars because I was not explained to what to expect with a wax cleaning.I would have been more cooperative if i knew before hand that the dizziness is intense but lasts only about a minute or two.The doctor did use less suction for other ear and it was a better experience.He is pretty knowledgeable and I felt physically better leaving.They are also very fast and efficient.I would recommend Dr Underbrink but just ask questions before hand on expectations.

It’s an easy visit with Dr Underbrink . He is prompt courteous and explains results and procedures as well as listens to my concerns . Dr Underbrink's medical assistant Rainer follows that approach as well. From the front desk to the check out, the entire staff is great

I was referred to Dr.Underbrink by a friend, he was totally what she told me he would be. He was real informative, on my matter and was concerned about my history up until this point.Explain to me what to expect going forward..made me feel at ease..pretty much NO WORRIES..highly recommended.

I went to see Dr. Underbrink in regards to the problems I have been having with my hearing. He is a wonderful doctor, very through and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Staff were all very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Underbrink. Thanks Michael

Quick, easy, and good at explaining. Diagnosed issue and helped me understand what was wrong and the next steps.

Dr. Underbrink was excellent. He entered the room and didn't waste our time with idle chatter. His focus was on the medical issue and how to resolve it, not burdening us both by weighing every interaction and question with how an interpretation might be taken or mistaken. He asked direct questions, made notes, developed an action plan to be executed, ordered tests, issued prescriptions, directed a follow-up visit, we shook hands and that was the whole show. Very refreshing. All in all, Doctor Underbrink is a straight shooting old school doctor. If an "adult" patient is so fragile that they need constant mental and emotional coddling, then perhaps he will not be for you. If you are grown up and want to get in, get your medical situation resolved with minimal fuss or bother, Doctor Underbrink may be for you.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! It was my first time seeing this doctor. As soon as he walked into the room, he came across as very rude! I had no voice, which is abnormal for me, and his response was, "Well, I can hear you!" He kept asking me to explain what is normal for me. He did scope me to check for any problems and informed me that I needed to see a voice therapist since I don't know how to use my vocal cords. He sprayed a substance up my nose and let it drip all over me. I had to get up and find tissue for myself. He also asked how I scheduled my appointment. I responded that I scheduled through central scheduling. He told his assistant to fix that since I wasn't what he wanted to see. I would not recommend anyone see this doctor for any ENT issues.

I am always amazed that Dr Underbrink’s office is so prompt! He saw me on time, cleaned my ears, sent b me to the audiologist And saw me again in less than an hour. I trust him completely and his assistant is wonderful.

Great helpful staff. Dr. Underbrink seemed rushed. Kinda got the feeling he didn't take my appointment seriously. They forgot to give me any notes, written or email. I don't think it's hard to just give written instructions on the way out so remember to ask before you leave. Supposedly, the checkout desk is supposed to give you notes from your check up. Anyways, bedside manner was good and the place is clean.
