Dr. Michael A Williams, MD

Dr. Williams and his staff were excellent. Visited his office on May 22, 2021 for a earlobe repair and I must say I am very pleased with the results thus far. The procedure was virtually painless and my ear is healing nicely after a major tare about a year ago to my left ear. I am looking forward to wearing my pierced earrings again. Thank you for giving me my confidence back.

Dr. Williams has been in his comfy position way too long. He is behind on current research, he thinks an MRI is something set in stone and not just a Polaroid that captures one day. He is arrogant with a god like complex. If you treat him like you've hired him and not like he's the god he feels he is, then you don't receive help.

I owe Dr. Williams so much gratitude for improving the quality of my life. He was the only one willing to treat me for the congenital hydrocephalus diagnosed in my 30s.

Saved my father's life

I really like Dr. Williams, he is very knowledgeable in hydrocephalus, we came all the way from NY to see him and he spent almost two hours with my mom during her office visit with him. administering several different neurological tests and a physical exam. She has congenial hydrocephalus and after a 24 hour brain pressure monitoring it was revealed that a shunt surgery will probably not help her and we were sent on our way from the hospital but I really would like to thank Dr. Williams and his staff for being so accommodating to us! The Sandra and Malcom Berman Brain and Spine Institute at Sinai Hospital is a beautiful facility, way nicer than any hospital I've been to in NY and everyone is so nice and helpful.

A doctor who truly cares, listens and explains the medical situation so that you can understand it. He clearly spells out options. Very much to the point and caring

dr. williams is very bright.seems to be careing. at times he can be detached when he feels there is little need.not great on returning phone calls.

I can say that I have received consistently excellent care from Dr. Williams and the staff at the Adult Hydrocephalus Clinic. Dr. Williams truly listens to what you have to say and lets you know that you are a valued participant in your own care. The staff are very professional and personable. I have no difficulty in setting appointments or getting responses from the staff. If mistakes are made, they are honest in admitting them, which is a welcome change from my previous experiences with medical professionals. Dr. Williams is now associated with Sinai hospital. I have followed him there because I have never trusted another doctor more.

Very unhappy, very uncaring, despised by colleagues and nurses, long delay in being seen, unresponsive in communication, diagnosis incorrect.
